1. Love your name, how did you come up with it?
   • Full credit goes to Terry, the former owner of the business. It's based off an iconic piece of Australian fiction "The Odd Angry Shot". 
2. Can I wash my pet blanket in your machines?
   • Yes! Pet blankets are welcome. Please shake them out first to remove excess hair before washing. After your cycle, wipe the drum if any pet hair remains. Our laundromats are staffed and cleaned daily, so we keep machines fresh and ready for everyone. 
3. Do I need coins?
   • Not necessarily. Most machines accept cashless payment — simply scan the QR code on the machine or use our wall-mounted payment kiosk. Coins are still accepted if you prefer.
4. How long does a wash take?
   • A small, cold wash takes about 20 minutes, while our longer cycles run up to 40 minutes depending on load size and settings.
5. Do I need to bring my own detergent?
   • If you visit while we’re staffed, you can buy detergent for $2 per wash. Outside of attended hours, please bring your own detergent.
6. Can you provide laundry services to businesses?
   • Yes. Get in touch with us and we can talk about custom pricing, pick up/ delivery, special service requests, payment terms and invoicing requirements. 
7. Can you do my washing for me?
   • Absolutely! We love taking care of laundry for our customers.
     Our wash, dry, and fold service starts from $35 per bag (about 5 kg or a standard laundry basket). Drop off your laundry during staffed hours, and our team will handle the rest. You can see our other prices here  
8. Do you have large machines for bulky items
   • Yes! We have extra-large washers (up to 28 kg) that can easily handle doonas, blankets, and mattress toppers.
9. Do you have seating or Wi-Fi?
   • Yes — both laundromats are nice, comfortable spaces, and you’re welcome to relax, read, or enjoy a coffee while your washing runs. Both have wi-fi available.
10. Can I use laundry sheets?
    • Yes, you can — but for best results, we recommend using our in-machine detergent compartments. It releases detergent at the right time during the wash cycle for optimal cleaning.
